PixelDance architecture integrates diffusion models and Variational Autoencoders for encoding image instructions into the input space. Training and inference techniques focus on learning video dynamics, utilizing public video data. PixelDance extends to various image instructions, including semantic maps, sketches, poses, and bounding boxes. PixelDance outperformed previous models on MSR-VTT and UCF-101 datasets based on FVD and CLIPSIM metrics.
